Dale Earnhardt Jr drove this MLB Chicago All Star Game paint scheme in the Tropicana 400 at Chicagoland Speedway on Sunday July 13, 2003. Jr started the race in 16th position, but crashed in turn 2 of lap 209, ending his day with a 38th place finish. Ryan Newman led the final 58 laps of the race to earn the victory in his Mobil 1 Alltel ride for Penske Racing.
